FLEXIBLE PAYMENT METHODS
For convenience, we offer a number of payment options. For online orders, please
complete your payment at the checkout where shipping charges are calculated and
payment method then selected. 2 options are available:
A) Online payment via Alertpay, Moneybookers, Paypal - These are leading online
payment companies in the world with over 50 million account members. Using SSL encryption,
they are the most secure payment processing tools available. All personal details

B) Online credit card payment using Payment Pro System. We accept Visa, Mastercard,
Amercan Express and Discover. For further information please feel free to get in

C) WesternUnion or MoneyGram. You can pay via their online service or find a their
local agent. For these payment, you can save 5% of total amount.
ORDER PROCESSING
It usually takes us 2 to 3 working days to prepare, size and organise the logistics
for your order. Of course, in special circumstances this may alter.
Most of the products are shipped from our huge warehouse in Shanghai, China. 4 deliver
methods are used dependent on the requirement and destination:
a) Post office standard registered air parcel - The delivery time is usually 2-3
weeks once dispatched from our warehouse.
b) Post office SAL shipping - This is a combination of both air and surface shipping.
The costing are cheaper but delivery time longer. Usually around 4 to 5 weeks.
c) Express Delivery - If goods are required urgently we offer an express delivery
service. On average, the goods taken between 3 and 5 working days to arrive. Couriers
used include EMS, FedEX and UPS. The courier is best selected dependent on the type,
weight and location. As a friendly tip, express delivery is more likely to be detained
by customs and possibly import duty added.

TAX & CUSTOMS DUTY
There is no charge for sales tax and customs duty on wholesale purchases.
RETURNS
Under normal circumstances we do not offer exchanges for wholesale orders unless
there is a proven manufacturing defect. In the rare event you do encounter problems
with our products, please contact us directly and we will assess your situation.
Hopefully we can assist and avoid unnecessary costs in sending an item back to us.
