Credit Usage

You will get one credit from each dollar of your total order amount. The credit can be accumulated and exchanged for coupons. Each 100 credit will then be changed for a $1 coupon.

Why selling at a low price ?

Our products are purchased directly from the original OEM factories, where most branded items manufactured. All the products are sold via the e-shop, which lowers the operational costs. All prices are reduced for our customers to obtain high quality low price products. Our selling principle is that by selling larger quantities we are able to keep sell out costs at a minimum.

Note: Our products are new, good-quality and with the official Tag & Package. Any website selling products with full branding is unauthorised apart from the official site as an exception.

How to determine size

In each product page, we have a SIZE CHART link for customers to determine their size. On the size page, we list all kinds of clothing sizes, you can choose the proper size that suits.

Rugged and Destroyed labelled Products

Some products are new but look rugged and destroyed as part of the brand's style. If you cannot accept this type of design, you can choose other types, we have clear descriptions on each item.

Differences on Jeans

Because every pair of jeans are washed and destroyed individually, there may be little style and color differences from the picture shown on the website.

Order Status Detail

You can log on to your account, enter your order page, and check the status of each order.

  • Confirmed - You order has been created successfully and we are waiting for your payment.
  • Paid -- You order has been paid successfully and is waiting packaging, preparation and delivery.
  • Despatched -- Your order has been shipped and the tracking number will be listed. You will also be sent an email.
  • Recieved -- Your order has been received. Transaction is complete.

Item out of stock

We make every effort to keep our website products database updated every day with the true stock levels. Occasionally, a high demand item may go out of stock. If we are out of stock of an item you ordered, we will notify you via email. You may change several item or cancel them. The price difference will be paid out or refunded. We often offer bigger discounts in those situations.

Please Note: In order to speed up the order processing period, if you don't recieve any reply from the customer for 1 wek, we will ship the default item for exchange, which is the most similar item to the original one. Your understanding is appreciated.

Need a cancel

There are three situations when you can cancel your order.

  • Situation 1: If you don't want the items and your order has not been paid and processed for yet, we can cancel for you. In this case, you can log in you account and cancel it by yourself on the system.
  • Situation 2: If items are out of stock and left on backorder, we can cancel the items that is out of stock by replyiing the notification email.
  • Situation 3:If items are out of stock with no changeable items offered, we will cancel for you.
However,we shall not be able to process a cancellation once your order has been shipped or packaged.

Where we ship to?

We ship to anywhere in the world! We have lots of customers in the USA, Canada, UK, Spain, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, France, Australia, Japan, etc. All the products are shipped from our huge warehouse in Shanghai, China.

Preparation & Package Period

Commonly, the items will be prepared and packaged within 3 working days after receipt the payment of your order.

However, please allow an additional 3~5 working days for big wholesale orders. You will be notified via email of any back orders, or other delays in shipping your order.

Orders can be tracked in the Track Page section. You enter your order number, the system will then provide you with the tracking number and tracking url.

Return Policy

All of our merchandise are guaranteed to be high in quality and as described.
And we accept return with no reason. For detail, you can visit our return policy page

All returns must be carefully packed in the original packaging and shipping cartons with all shipping charges prepaid.

Procedure of return

Please contact us before you arrange to return an item and our customer services will offer you return instructions and useful advice. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
If you think we are responsible for the mistake, please take a picture of your product to prove it in the email. It will help us in having a clearer view of your problem.

Receive damaged goods

All products are carefully wrapped with the utmost care to ensure a safe delivery to their final destination. In case of damage during shipment, please file your damage claim to the delivering courier immediately and notify us within 72 hours of receipt.

Please note: Please contact us before you try to open dispute on paypal or start a revokation in your credit card company. We will help you to solve any of your problem and our customer service team will reply your email within 24 hours.

Request for exchange

If you request an exchange, we will only replace with new items upon receipt of both your returned items and the replacement shipping charge. If the item is misdelivered by us, we will incur the shipping fee. However, if the item is correct, but unfit for you because of misordering (ie size chart mistake) you will be charged for all the shipping fees.
Note: Please leave your order ID in the message.

Refund policy

Cash refunds for any authorized return other than for damaged goods or an error on our part will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee to off-set handling and banking costs. You can get the credit refund for the authorized return if damaged or an error on our part. Shipping charges and taxes are non refundable.
The money will be refunded to you via paypal when we recieve the items and they are checked as dispatched.
NOTE: All unauthorized, "freight to collect" or surface mail returns will be refused and no credit will be issued.

Export Customs duty

We will be responsible for all export customs duty on our side.

Note: Any problem on export customs will be handled by us and we will pay any fee on export customs.

Import Customs duty

Customs will not charge for import duty because we send all of our products labeled as free gift. In the rare case(<1%), if your package is held by customs and liable for import duty, the customer will pay import custom duty.

Note: We are not responsible for any affair on import customs. Customer should handle these affairs and take the responsibility.
